Guest Relation Executive

• Guest reception: Greet guests upon arrival and departure, handle check-in and check-out procedures, and assist with luggage.
• Guest support: Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
• VIP and special handling: Oversee VIP guests, including pre-registration and special arrangements, to ensure their needs are met.
• Coordination: Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping, to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are fulfilled.
• Information provision: Provide guests with detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and activities.
• Feedback collection: Gather guest feedback to help improve services and address any issues.
• Administrative tasks: Maintain guest records, manage room allocations, and handle basic administrative and cashier duties as needed.
