Job Description

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with menu selections or ordering.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Handle dine-in and takeaway orders, ensuring smooth coordination with kitchen and counter staff.
  • Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously and efficiently.
  • Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and quick table turnover.
  • Assist in promoting ongoing offers, combos, and loyalty programs.
  • Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently.
  • Support restaurant operations during rush hours by helping with serving, clearing tables, or packaging orders if needed.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and brand standards at all times.
