Gym Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic Gym Trainer to guide our clients in achieving their fitness and health goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating personalized workout plans, demonstrating exercises, monitoring client progress, and ensuring a safe and positive gym environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the physical and health conditions of clients to create suitable exercise plans.
• Demonstrate proper use of gym equipment and exercise techniques.
• Design personalized workout programs based on client goals (weight loss, muscle gain, rehabilitation, etc.).
• Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness targets.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety within the gym area.
• Provide guidance on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits, when applicable.
• Enforce all gym rules and regulations.
• Conduct group fitness classes or personal training sessions, as required.
• Keep accurate records of client performance and attendance.
