🧾 JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition: Performance Follow-Up Trainer (Technical + Sales Role)📍 Location: ATENX Performance Studio

🎯 ROLE SUMMARYAt ATENX, we bridge the gap between athletes and general population through data-driven performance systems.
This role is responsible for:
- Conducting Assessments
- Maintaining Testing Data
- Monitoring Member Progress
- Following Up with Members
- Converting Trials to Memberships
- Supporting PT Sales
- Ensuring Execution of Programming System
This is a high accountability role, not a floor trainer job.
- 🏋️ CORE RESPONSIBILITIES1️⃣ Assessment & Testing ResponsibilityConduct physical assessments (strength, mobility, endurance, movement screening)
- Execute ATENX testing protocols (10–12 exercise format)
- Record performance metrics accurately
- Upload data in CRM (Fitway or internal system)
- Generate performance reports
- Share structured feedback with client
- Identify weak links and improvement areas
- Coordinate with Head S&C for program modification
- 2️⃣ Follow-Up System (Very Important)Track attendance of assigned members
- Identify inactive members (3+ days absence)
- Call and understand reason
- Record follow-up notes
- Ensure renewal follow-ups 15 days before expiry
- Re-engage old leads
- Maintain discipline of database
- 3️⃣ Data Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily report sheet
- PT tracking sheet
- Assessment record sheet
- Conversion tracking sheet
- Trial conversion sheet
- Member feedback documentation
- Injury record documentation
Accuracy and discipline in documentation is mandatory.
- 4️⃣ Sales & Conversion RoleConduct trial sessions professionally
- Explain ATENX system clearly
- Communicate value (testing + programming + tracking)
- Identify upsell opportunity (PT / Athlete Program)
- Coordinate with Sales Head
- Maintain minimum conversion % benchmark

- 5️⃣ Floor Management & ProfessionalismMaintain floor discipline
- Ensure equipment usage discipline
- Identify technical errors in members
- Maintain premium training experience
- Act as system enforcer
