Job Title: Receptionist Cum Telecaller (Female)

Work Timing: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Job Summary: We are looking for a well-spoken and presentable Female Receptionist Cum Telecaller to manage front desk responsibilities and make outbound/inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite attitude, and basic computer knowledge. This is an afternoon-to-evening shift role.

• Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors and manage front desk inquiries in a professional manner.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails efficiently.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle incoming queries.
• Maintain records of calls, appointments, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling and information sharing.
• Maintain visitor logbook and ensure reception area is neat and organized.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
• Follow up with customers and provide information about services/products.
