Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and customer-focused Hairdresser to provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a creative eye, and a passion for delivering excellent client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their hair needs, preferences, and lifestyle

Provide hair services including cutting, coloring, highlighting, styling, and blow-drying

Recommend suitable hairstyles, colors, and hair treatments

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations

Stay updated on hair trends, techniques, and products

Promote salon products and services when appropriate

Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits

Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Manage appointments and client records if required

Qualifications & Skills

Certification or diploma in Hairdressing or Cosmetology

Valid hairdressing license (where required by law)

Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Hairstylist

Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Creativity and attention to detail

Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with advanced coloring techniques (balayage, ombré, highlights)

Knowledge of hair treatments and scalp care

Experience in salon retail sales
