* Lead and manage the entire kitchen team

* Daily production planning & batching

* Oversee quality, freshness & hygiene of all products

* Manage staff shifts, duties, leaves & manpower planning

* Upskill / train kitchen staff & build bench strength

* Ensure timely production for all outlets + bulk orders

* Handle crisis situations & ensure continuity of operations

* Evaluate hiring needs & onboard new recruits

* Deep product knowledge (ingredients, techniques, product behaviour)

* Maintain cost controls & wastage monitoring

* Work with Founders & R&D on new product development
