Job Summary / Role OverviewHead

Accounts & Finance will be responsible for overseeing the complete finance and accounting operations of the organization. The role includes managing financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, audits, cash flow management, and financial strategy while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance across all accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings

• Handle internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors

• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning

• Develop financial controls, policies, and standard operating procedures

• Supervise accounting team and ensure timely book closure

• Provide financial insights and MIS reports to management for decision making

• Manage vendor payments, payroll accounting, and expense monitoring

• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and compliance with accounting standards
