Job Discription:

The roles involved but are not limited to:

• Operational Management: Overseeing Helpee daily pune operations, monitor employees and

daily operations to meet the strategic goal set for a particular department.

• Maintaining budgets and optimizing expenses: Developing and justifying vertical-specific

budgets, overseeing resource allocation while maintaining budgetary control & enforcing

business policies

• Process improvement: Implementing operatioal best practices & driving innovation and

continuous improvement.

• Revenue Growth Management: Driving sustainable and profitable growth of the business by

increasing customer base, optimizing pricing, marketing, & sales.

• Customer Retention’s Management: Develop aggressive retention strategies with the city

leads based on customer feedback.

• Revenue & Target: Guide and monitor teams to ensure adherence to revenue and profit targets

for the quarter as set up by management.

• Quality Management: Reviewing customer feedback and understanding customer demands

and expectations of services.

• Sourcing & On-boarding Helpee Hands (Partners) to the platform
• Follow up with customers & solve issues that arise
• Build strategic alliances with apartments, eldercare homes, clinics, hospitals and related
• institutions
• Fulfill service request forwarded from PAN India city leads.
• Allocate & follow up tasks to Helpee Hands as per requirements.
• Supporting operations team with any additional duties that may arise
