Job Description
Role Summary
Drive B2B and corporate sales in Health Insurance, focusing on corporate health portfolios, partnerships, and revenue growth across General Insurance verticals.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate B2B health insurance business (corporates, SMEs, brokers, DSAs, partners).
* Manage relationships with corporates, hospitals, TPAs, brokers, and channel partners.
* Lead sales lifecycle: prospecting → pitching → quotation → closure → servicing.
* Handle Group Mediclaim (GMC), GPA, GTT, Retail Health & SME Health portfolios.
* Coordinate with insurers for pricing, underwriting, issuance, renewals, and claims support.
* Drive cross-sell opportunities across insurance portfolios.
* Ensure IRDAI compliance and accurate MIS/CRM reporting.
