Job Title: Factory Worker – Solar Light Manufacturing

Reports To: Production Supervisor / Factory Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented factory workers to join our production team for solar light manufacturing. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assembling, testing, packing, and maintaining quality standards of solar lighting products in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

Assemble components of solar lights (including solar panels, batteries, LEDs, wiring, etc.) as per specifications

• Operate basic machinery, hand tools, and assembly line equipment
• Conduct visual inspection of components and final products to ensure quality and functionality
• Test solar lighting systems for performance and report any defects
• Pack finished goods as per packaging standards
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
• Follow company safety protocols and guidelines strictly
• Assist in inventory handling and material movement
• Report equipment issues or production delays to supervisors promptly
• Meet daily/weekly production targets
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th pass / High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Prior experience in electronics or light assembly (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of electrical components is a plus
• Ability to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks
• Physically fit and able to lift up to [X] kg
• Team player with good communication and time management skills
• Willingness to work in shifts or overtime when required
