• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare dough and sattu stuffing for litti according to authentic recipes.
• Shape, stuff, and bake litti using traditional (coal/wood fire) or modern methods (tandoor/oven).
• Prepare chokha (aloo, baingan, tomato) with proper roasting and seasoning techniques.
• Ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
• Manage raw material inventory (sattu, flour, vegetables, spices).
