Job Description
Job Title: Home Sales Officer - Solar EPC
- Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra
- Experience: 1-12 years in Field sales
- Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies for rooftop solar projects
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients
- Sales Cycle Management: Handle lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, and deal closure
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage sales teams to achieve targets
- Market Analysis: Track trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems and EPC project lifecycles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to close high-value contracts
- Willingness to travel for client engagements
