Zenia Hospitality is a growing hospitality company focused on serviced apartments, hotels, and guest experiences. We believe in creating well-managed, comfortable, and professionally operated spaces for guests while maintaining strong operational discipline behind the scenes.

For our Kharadi hotel property, we are looking for a responsible, proactive, and hands-on Hotel Manager who can independently manage day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, staff coordination, and property performance.

Role Overview

The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the complete on-ground management of the property. This includes front office operations, housekeeping supervision, guest handling, staff management, vendor coordination, reporting, and ensuring smooth daily functioning of the hotel.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands hospitality operations deeply and can maintain both service quality and operational control.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Hotel Operations

Oversee complete day-to-day functioning of the hotel

Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs

Maintain room readiness and operational efficiency

Monitor cleanliness, upkeep, and presentation of all guest and common areas

Ensure all hotel systems and processes are running properly

2. Guest Experience & Service

Ensure guests receive warm, professional, and prompt service

Handle guest complaints, escalations, and special requests efficiently

Maintain high guest satisfaction and service standards

Ensure positive guest reviews through good hospitality and problem-solving

3. Housekeeping & Maintenance Coordination

Supervise housekeeping staff and room cleaning standards

Conduct routine room inspections before guest arrivals

Coordinate with maintenance vendors/technicians for repairs and upkeep

Ensure all rooms, bathrooms, linen, amenities, and fixtures are in proper condition

4. Staff Management

Manage and supervise front desk, housekeeping, and support staff

Prepare duty rosters and allocate responsibilities

Ensure discipline, grooming, punctuality, and professional conduct of staff

Train team members on service standards and operating procedures

5. Revenue & Occupancy Support

Coordinate with the reservations and backend team regarding arrivals, departures, and occupancy updates

Support pricing discipline, room inventory status, and room availability tracking

Ensure minimal room downtime and maximum operational efficiency

Help improve occupancy and guest retention through strong execution on ground

6. Reporting & Administration

Maintain daily reports on occupancy, arrivals, departures, housekeeping status, and issues

Report operational updates, expenses, damages, and staff matters to management

Keep records of guest IDs, visitor logs, registers, and compliance documents

Monitor inventory of linen, toiletries, housekeeping materials, and operational supplies

7. Vendor & Property Coordination

Coordinate with local vendors for supplies, repairs, and operational needs

Ensure timely procurement of required materials

Monitor usage and avoid wastage or pilferage

Maintain cost awareness while ensuring quality standards

8. Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with guest registration procedures and local hospitality norms

Maintain visitor records, CCTV awareness, and security coordination

Ensure safety, hygiene, and emergency readiness of the property

Maintain discipline in operations and protect company assets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in hotel operations, serviced apartments, guest houses, or hospitality management

Strong leadership and staff-handling ability

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Basic computer knowledge for reports, bookings, and WhatsApp/email coordination

Ability to solve problems quickly and calmly

Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and discipline

Willingness to be hands-on and actively involved in ground operations

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience as a Hotel Manager / Assistant Hotel Manager / Operations Manager / Front Office Manager

Experience handling small to mid-sized hotels, serviced apartments, or boutique stays

Knowledge of housekeeping control, guest relations, and hotel administration

Someone who is practical, reliable, and can run the property like an owner on ground
