Key Responsibilities of Spa Front Office Manager


Guest Handling (Welcoming Guest, Explaining Menu, Guest Callings)

• Spa Outlet sales and operations and guest management

  • Appointments & Smart scheduling and Billing Reports.

• Memberships -Upselling & cross- selling

• Reports preparation and sending in groups.

• Handling Outlet/Branch operations and upkeep

• Staff Management


Key Skills required for this role:

Communication

Computer literacy


Preferred:

A person with a presentable, positive attitude and a pleasing personality with an ability to handle hospitality and wellness guests
