Job Summary: Hotel Staff members are responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment. They assist in daily hotel operations, respond to guest needs, and help maintain the hotel’s standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.

• Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Perform assigned duties in front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, or guest services
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and workspaces
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Support check-in and check-out processes when required
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or guest concerns to supervisors
• Uphold the hotel’s brand image and service standards at all times
