Housekeeping Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Dining Area Maintenance: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces regularly. Polishing brassware and cleaning furniture to maintain a polished look.
• Restroom Hygiene: Ensuring restrooms are spotless, disinfected, and fully stocked with supplies.
• Sanitization & Cleanliness: Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all public areas, including lobbies and entrances.
• Operational Support: Assisting in the setup and breakdown of the dining room as required.
• Waste Management: Collecting and disposing of trash and waste systematically.
• Inventory Control: Maintaining a stock of cleaning supplies and reporting needed items.
• Maintenance Reporting: Identifying and reporting any technical or structural repairs needed in the restaurant. 
• Potwash: Celaning and washing of kitchenware and guest cutlery and crockery as and when needed.

Requirements

• Grooming: High standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
• Attributes: Physical fitness to perform cleaning duties and a professional demeanor.
• Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or fine dining is preferred.
