Location: Kharadi, Pune

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Fixed) + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment & interview coordination

Conduct 6-day new hire training sessions

Focus on employee retention & team discipline

Work closely with management to improve tele-sales team performance

Daily HR operations & performance reporting

Eligibility :

Minimum 1 year of HR recruitment experience

Must know active sourcing beyond Apna/WorkIndia

Fluent in Hindi/Marathi communication
