Position: HR & Admin Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Executive with 3+ years of experience in payroll coordination, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC), employee documentation, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to manage employee lifecycle processes and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities1. Payroll & Compensation Coordination

  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
  • Verify salary data, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in coordination with finance/vendor.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee data.

2. Statutory Compliance & Benefits

  • Manage PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, and other statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate monthly challans, returns, and employee registrations/exit formalities.
  • Handle employee queries related to PF withdrawals, ESIC claims, and other benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory deadlines.

3. Employee Documentation & HR Operations

  • Maintain employee personal files (physical & digital).
  • Handle onboarding documentation, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain HRIS/employee database and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support audits and compliance checks.

4. Administration Management

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities including office maintenance, vendor coordination, and asset management.
  • Monitor office supplies, facility requirements, and housekeeping/security coordination.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and employee support services.
