Job Description:

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for our

growing team. This is an operations-heavy role focused on employee records, attendance,

coordination, and ensuring processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Ensure daily timesheets/daysheets are updated and monitored.
• Manage onboarding, exits, and employee lifecycle documentation.
• Maintain HRMIS records and ensure data accuracy.
• Support payroll coordination and compliance documentation.
• Handle employee engagement activities and office coordination.
• Manage limited hiring requirements as needed (non-core).
• Ensure policies and HR procedures are implemented effectively.

Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
• Good communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Reliable, structured, and comfortable handling end-to-end HR operations.
