Job Role & Responsibilities:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities and supporting the organization’s workforce with professionalism and empathy. Key duties include:

Managing recruitment and selection processes (job postings, interviews, onboarding).

Maintaining employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.

Assisting in payroll processing and maintaining leave records.

Supporting training and development programs for staff and women’s groups.

Handling employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Coordinating internal communication between management and employees.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of HR experience (internship or full-time).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of HR software, MS Office, and documentation.

Positive attitude and willingness to work in a women-oriented, community-driven environment.

Salary: Based on experience and performance.
