Job Title: HR & Admin

Department: Human Resources & Administration

Job Summary -

The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resource operations and administrative functions.

This role ensures smooth office operations, compliance with company policies, and effective HR processes including recruitment, employee records, payroll support, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities -

Human Resources Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.

Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.

Support payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits administration.

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.

Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Support training and development programs and maintain training records.Administrative ResponsibilitiesManage office administration activities to ensure smooth daily operations.Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors.Handle travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and scheduling.Manage office facilities, equipment maintenance, and service providers.Prepare reports, letters, and official documents as required.Support management with administrative tasks and coordination.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience (1–3 years) in HR and administrative roles.Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.Preferred Skills (Optional)Experience with HRMS or payroll systems.

Exposure to recruitment platforms and job portals.Prior experience in handling audits or compliance documentation.
