About the Role

As an HR Consultant, this role will manage the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate data management, and timely HR support.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains HR core system with the updation of New Joiners and complete employee life cycle     

• Employee Query management along with stakeholder’s coordination

• HRIS & Systems management

• Execute high volume HR transactional services along the employee lifecycle

• Maintain HR Database/Reports

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR (Master’s/PGDM in HR is a plus).

• 3–4 years of HR operations/service delivery/shared services experience in a multi‑site/global setting.

• Exposure to HRIS (e.g., Workday/SuccessFactors/ADP), case management tools, and Excel-based reporting.

• Able to follow SOPs, checklists, and controls with high attention to detail.

• Clear, empathetic communication; problem solving mindset; professionalism.

• Worked in HR operational area with a complete knowledge of employee lifecycle

• Candidate with experience in HR Systems would be preferred

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
