- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to offer rollout)
- Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR interviews and reference checks
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding documentation
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
- 2. Onboarding & InductionCoordinate joining formalities and documentation
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts
- Conduct HR induction sessions
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience
- Maintain employee records in HRMS
- 3. Payroll & Compensation SupportCoordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, reimbursements)
- Ensure accuracy in salary processing with finance/payroll vendor
- Manage statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
- Handle employee compensation queries
- 4. Attendance & Leave ManagementMonitor attendance and leave records
- Administer leave policies and maintain leave balance records
- Ensure compliance with company attendance policies
- 5. Employee Engagement & RelationsAddress employee queries and grievances
- Organize engagement activities and events
- Conduct employee feedback and satisfaction surveys
- Support performance management processes
- 6. Performance ManagementAssist in setting KPIs and performance review cycles
- Coordinate appraisal documentation and increment letters
- Maintain performance records
- 7. HR Compliance & DocumentationEnsure statutory compliance as per labor laws
- Maintain employee files and confidential records
- Prepare HR reports and MIS
- Update and implement HR policies
8. Exit Management
- Handle resignation process and exit interviews
- Coordinate clearance process
- Process full & final settlement
- Issue experience and relieving letters
- Maintain exit records and attrition reports
- Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
