HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive (Recruitment & Operations) Salary: [ ₹17,000 - ₹23,000 per month]

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Strong Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet monthly hiring targets.
• Payroll Processing: Managing monthly attendance and processing "Take-home" salaries via Excel or software.
• Documentation: Issuing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and maintaining employee folders.
• Policy Building: Helping the owner create basic office rules (Leave policy, work timings, and code of conduct).
• Employee Engagement: Organizing small team activities to keep morale high.
• Future Readiness: Maintaining records so that when the company registers for PF/ESI next year, all data is ready.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Smart at sourcing candidates on a budget.
• Expert in MS Excel (for manual payroll).
