As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for
• managing the human resources function within our organization. This includes tasks such as recruiting and hiring employees, 
 
•Managing employee benefits and payroll 
 
• enforcing company policies and procedures. 

• You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, as well as advising management on HR-related matters and collaborating with other departments to be sure that HR programs and policies align with the overall business goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

•Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume review, and interview coordination.

• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes.

• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement. 

Educational Requirements :MBA/ PG Diploma or equivalent in personnel management.
