Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

• Partner with department managers to define job needs and create specifications.

• Source candidates via databases, social media, job portals, and networks.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and build strong candidate relationships.

• Provide recruitment reports and analytics to the DO team.

• Update job descriptions and promote employer branding.
