*About the role*

We’re looking for an HR Executive/Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement for our Katraj, Pune office.

*Key responsibilities*

Hiring: JD drafting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer roll-outs

Onboarding & Exit: documentation, induction, ID creation, F&F settlements

HR Operations: attendance & leave management, HRIS updates, letter issuance (offer/appointment/relieving)

Compliance & Payroll Support: data collation, ESI/EPF coordination (with finance/vendor)

Policies & Processes: implement SOPs, maintain employee files, handle audits

Employee Relations: grievance handling, engagement initiatives, surveys, POSH awareness

Performance & Training: coordinate KRA/KPI cycles, confirmations, probation reviews, training calendars

Vendor/Agency Management: recruitment partners, background checks

*Requirements*

2–4 years of HR experience (generalist/recruitment) in a fast-paced setup

Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, HR ops, and basic payroll/compliance

Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR tools/ATS

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Graduation in HR/Business/Commerce (MBA/PGDM HR preferred)
