Job Responsibilities & Description :

1. Responsible for Handling on boarding formalities for New Hires and Transfers.
2. Responsible for Physical File Management.
3. Responsible for Background Verification.
4. Domestic and International Transfers.
5. Statutory compliances like Provident Fund, ESIC & liasoning with govt authorities.
6. Handling Employee Issue base.
7. Exit and Termination Formalities–till Full and Final Settlement.
8. Loans and Advances.
9. Handling internal and external Audits- ISO, Info-security, and CMMI level.
10. Responsible for monthly Payroll inputs.
11. Training Co-Ordination
12. Maintaining HR MIS: Maintaining database of the employees and generating different manpower reports. Maintaining month on month manpower details like Head count / attrition, Offshore and onsite salary details, employee category (Offsite, offshore & onsite) and employee movement.
13. Employee Expression: - Handling Birthday gift voucher.
14. Member of Cultural committee and played active role.
