📝 Job Description:
As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting the HR team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job openings. You’ll learn complete recruitment cycle — from calling candidates to scheduling interviews and maintaining reports.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Calling and shortlisting candidates from job portals / databases
- Explaining job details and guiding candidates through interview process
- Maintaining candidate records and daily report
- Coordinating interviews with HR Manager / Client
- Following up with selected candidates till joining
🎓 Eligibility:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Marathi)
- Basic computer knowledge
💰 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives (as per performance)
🕘 Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
👔 Dress Code: Formal
