Job Title: HR Executive / Hiring HR

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Role:

We are looking for an energetic HR professional to manage hiring and core HR operations in a fast-growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

* Payroll processing & attendance management

* POSH compliance & documentation

* Employee engagement activities

* Maintain government holiday calendar

* Support performance appraisal process

Skills Required:

* Good communication & coordination skills

* Knowledge of payroll & HR policies

* Startup mindset & multitasking ability

* MS Excel / HRMS knowledge

Qualification:

* MBA / PGDM in HR (Preferred)

* Prior startup experience is a plus
