📍 Location: Pune

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,500 per month

⏰ Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM

📋 Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• 🧑‍💼 Roles & Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
• Coordinate with candidates and maintain proper follow-ups
• Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist candidates
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
• Handle attendance and basic HR coordination
• Address employee queries and provide HR support
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and MIS data
• Ensure smooth communication between management and employees
• 🎯 Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Any Graduate
• Good communication skills (Hindi, Marathi & basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)
• Fresher and experienced both can apply
