Job Title: HR Intern

Stipend/Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand)

Duration: 6 Months (Internship) if found good after 6 months can continue as full timer.

Experience: Freshers / 6 months internship / Experienced candidates can apply

Job Description:

AssetScout Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with basic HR knowledge who are eager to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking
• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities
• Help with employee engagement initiatives and HR operations
• Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned
• RequirementsBasic knowledge of Human Resources concepts
• Graduates or pursuing a degree/diploma in HR, Management, or related fields
• Freshers are welcome; candidates with 6 months internship or experience can also apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
