We are looking for a motivated HR & IT Recruiter to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations & end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates
• Assist in offer negotiation and onboarding
• Co-ordinate with vendors to source candidates.
• Develop vendor eco-system for candidate sourcing
• Work on HR Operations as needed to fulfill HR duty

Requirements:

• 2 years of HR & recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals and ATS systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
