Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive + Basic Accountant to manage both human resource functions and day-to-day accounting activities. The role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, along with maintaining basic accounts such as invoice processing, expense entries, bank reconciliation, and assisting with GST and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Commerce or HR, working knowledge of Tally/Excel, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
