HR Manager

• Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionPlan and execute manpower requirements for sales, CRM, site, marketing, and support teams
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard employees
• Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs
• Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and induction programs
• 2. Employee Onboarding & TrainingConduct new employee orientation
• Ensure JD-wise training and role clarity
• Coordinate internal and external training programs
• Monitor probation performance and confirmations

3. Performance Management

• Implement KPI-based performance systems
• Support target tracking for sales and operations teams
• Manage appraisal cycles and feedback processes
• Handle performance improvement plans (PIP)
• 4. Payroll, Attendance & Compliance Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle audits and statutory reporting
•  Employee Relations & Engagement Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
• Promote a positive and productive work culture
• Plan employee engagement and retention activities
• Act as a communication bridge between management and employees
• 6. HR Policies & Discipline Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Ensure code of conduct and workplace discipline
• Handle warnings, notices, and disciplinary actions
• Maintain ethical HR practices
