HR Manager

Job Summary:

Topmentor is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage the entire spectrum of human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting employee induction programs, managing employee life cycle activities, and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and manage new employee inductions to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Oversee employee management, including attendance, leave tracking, and performance records.
• Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee engagement, payroll assistance, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain and update HR policies in line with company objectives and legal requirements. Address employee queries, grievances, and provide HR support across departments.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and implement hiring strategies.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Support in organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resource Management. Business Administration, or related field
