Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all Human Resource functions, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management. The role requires a proactive professional with strong people skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to implement HR best practices aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Ensure timely hiring of quality candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS.

2. HR Operations Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and documentation.

  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
  • Draft employment letters, contracts, and policy documents.
  • Manage employee exits, F&F settlements, and relieving formalities.

3. Employee Engagement & Development Design and execute employee engagement activities.

  • Conduct HR induction programs and training coordination.
  • Manage performance appraisal cycles and track KRAs/KPIs.
  • Address employee concerns, improving morale and retention.

4. Compliance & Legal Ensure compliance with all labour laws, PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.

  • Manage audits and statutory inspections.
  • Maintain compliance records and ensure timely filings.

5. Policy, Culture & Strategy Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.

  • Support leadership in building a positive and productive work culture.
  • Provide insights and MIS reports to management for decision-making.
  • Assist in organisational planning and restructuring initiatives, if required.


Skills & Qualifications Master’s degree in HR / MBA-HR preferred.

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
