We are looking for an experienced HR Manager / HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations for our growing organization consisting of kitchen staff, store sales teams, and support functions. The role requires strong people management, compliance knowledge, and hands-on operational HR experience.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Recruitment & Manpower Planning

Plan manpower requirements for kitchen, store sales, and support teams.

Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, interviews, offer rollout, onboarding.

Maintain hiring pipelines for high-turnover roles.

Coordinate with consultants and job portals.

🔹 HR Operations & Compliance

Oversee attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, minimum wages, shops & establishment.

Maintain HR documentation and audit readiness.

Coordinate with accounts for salary processing.

🔹 Employee Relations & Engagement

Handle grievances, discipline cases, and conflict resolution.

Drive employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.

Conduct induction programs and communication sessions.

🔹 Performance & Development

Implement appraisal systems and performance reviews.

Identify training needs for sales, hygiene, safety, leadership.

Support career development planning.

🔹 Policy & Culture

Create and update HR policies and SOPs.

Ensure POSH compliance and workplace discipline.

Promote company values and positive culture.

Excellent communication and people handling skills.

Experience in retail / food / multi-shift environments.

Ability to work independently and build systems.

Good Excel / HRMS knowledge.
