HR Manager – Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviews, hiring)
• Coordinate staff onboarding, training, and documentation
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR reports
• Handle payroll inputs, leave management, and basic compliance
• Address employee queries, discipline, and workplace issues
• Monitor staff performance and support management with HR decisions
• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR and staff coordination operations
• Any other work assigned
