Key Job Roles and Responsibilities of an HR Manager:

• Recruitment and Staffing: Developing recruitment strategies, defining interview techniques, and managing the entire hiring process—from sourcing to onboarding—to acquire qualified talent.
• Performance Management: Establishing performance evaluation systems, defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conducting performance reviews, and implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Serving as a mediator between employees and management to resolve conflicts, managing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Policy Development and Compliance: Creating and updating employee handbooks, maintaining company policies, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and safety regulations.
• Compensation and Benefits: Overseeing payroll processing, salary structures, benefits administration (health insurance, retirement), and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
• Training and Development: Identifying skill gaps, coordinating training programs, and managing career development initiatives for staff.
• HR Administration and Data Analytics: Maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR Information Systems (HRIS), and providing reports to leadership for data-driven decisions.
