About the Role:-

To manage the complete employee lifecycle—from workforce planning and hiring to performance management, compensation, engagement, and compliance—while supporting business goals through effective management & operations.

Key Responsibilities Requirements:

• Talent Acquisition & Hiring
• End-to-end Onboarding & Induction process for new joiners.
• Documentation, background verification, and HR orientation.
• Attendance, leave, HR policies implementation and updates.
• Performance Management System (PMS).
• Performance analysis and improvement plans (PIP).
• Compensation & Payroll Management.
• Payroll, Incentives & Variable Pay Management.
• Building a positive work culture and Managing internal communication.
• Employee Relations & Grievance Handling.
• HR Analytics & Reporting.
• Policy Development & Process Improvement.
