HR Manager | Talent Strategy, HR Operations, Compliance, Leadership, Employee Engagement
Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a seasoned Manager of Human Resources to oversee and drive HR strategies, operational excellence, and talent development. In this leadership role, you will manage HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives, lead a team of HR professionals, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth. Your expertise will ensure HR policies are effective, compliant, and contribute to building a high-performance organizational culture.
Software Requirements
Required: HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, HR analytics and reporting tools
Preferred: Learning management systems (LMS), payroll software, performance management platforms, talent management systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
Experience level: 9+ years of HR management, with proficiency in HR tools and systems supporting enterprise operations
Overall Responsibilities
Lead and manage the HR team to design, implement, and oversee HR programs, policies, and processes
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that support organizational goals and talent acquisition, development, and retention
Ensure HR compliance with local, regional, and global employment laws and regulations
Drive initiatives in employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation for consistency and clarity
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, learning, and career development programs
Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to address HR-related needs and issues
Lead efforts in HR analytics, reporting, and continuous process improvement
Mentor and develop talent within the HR function to support organizational agility and growth
Technical Skills (By Category)
Programming Languages:
Not applicable; focus on HR and data analytics tools
Databases/Data Management:
Familiarity with HR data management, reporting, and analytics tools supporting data-driven decision-making
Cloud Technologies:
Knowledge of cloud-based HR systems or platforms (preferred)

Development Tools & Methodologies:
HR management platforms, data analytics tools, project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum)

Experience Requirements
9+ years in human resources, with at least 5 years in managerial or leadership roles
Proven experience designing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs
Experience managing HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational development
Knowledge of global employment laws and compliance standards preferred
Industry experience in finance, technology, consulting, or enterprise support is advantageous; large-scale enterprise HR leadership experience is essential
Day-to-Day Activities
Develop and lead HR initiatives to support talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
Manage HR team functions, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services across geographies
Collaborate with senior leadership and business units to tailor HR strategies to business needs
Oversee compliance, audits, and reporting in alignment with local and international employment laws
Facilitate HR process improvements using data analytics and feedback mechanisms
Lead employee relations efforts and resolve complex HR issues proactively
Develop HR training programs, career development initiatives, and leadership pipelines
Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and present insights to senior management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR-specific certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred
9+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles supporting large enterprise organizations
Expertise in HR policies, compliance, talent management, and organizational development
Demonstrated success in leading HR transformation initiatives and change management
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
