About the Company

SWAB Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is building Bharat e-Seva Kendra, a mission-driven initiative aimed at digitally empowering villages across India by establishing digital service centers in rural areas. We are expanding our operations and looking for a responsible HR professional who can manage internal HR processes as well as support our growing franchise network.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring



  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for company roles.
  • Post job openings on platforms like Apna, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports.


2. HR Operations



  • Manage employee onboarding process including documentation and joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR database.
  • Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.
  • Track attendance, leave records, and employee reporting systems.



3. Franchise Partner (FP) Onboarding & Support



  • Coordinate Franchise Partner documentation and verification process.
  • Ensure proper onboarding of new Franchise Partners.
  • Conduct or coordinate training sessions for Franchise Partners on company processes and systems.
  • Guide Franchise Partners regarding operational procedures and service delivery process.



4. Compliance & Documentation


  • Ensure all Franchise Partner agreements, documentation, and compliance requirements are completed.
  • Maintain proper records of FP KYC, agreements, and onboarding documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies for both employees and franchise partners.



5. Coordination & Process Management



  • Act as a coordination bridge between management, employees, and franchise partners.
  • Develop and maintain HR and franchise onboarding SOPs.
  • Track and maintain HR and franchise operational reports.
  • Support management in building strong HR and operational systems.


Required Skills


  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and operational workflows
  • Basic understanding of franchise or business operations (preferred)


Qualification


  • Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
  • 1–3 years experience in HR operations, recruitment, or operations coordination
  • Freshers with strong HR and operations understanding can also apply


Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
