Role Purpose: The HR Operations Executive role is a core execution role, not a support or observational position.

You will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, discipline, reporting, hiring coordination, and internal control.

Candidates expecting fixed hours, limited responsibility, or low-pressure work should not apply.


Detailed Working Expectations (Mandatory to Read Before Applying)

1️⃣ Office Presence & Availability

  • HR Operations Executive is expected to be the first person to arrive in the office
  • HR Operations Executive is expected to be the last person to leave the office
  • Office availability and visibility are essential for this role
  • Work completion and team readiness take priority over fixed exit timings
  • Leaving office, half-day, or leave requires prior approval from Management
  • Continuous availability on calls and messages during working hours is mandatory


This expectation exists because HR is responsible for opening operations, monitoring discipline throughout the day, and closing daily reporting.


2️⃣ Daily Reporting & Follow-ups (Non-Negotiable)

  • Maintain daily attendance tracking of all employees
  • Collect daily work reports from every department
  • Ensure reports are submitted on time and in proper format
  • Share End-of-Day (EOD) consolidated report with Management
  • Strict follow-ups with employees for delays or non-compliance
  • Immediate escalation of discipline or reporting issues

3️⃣ Hiring & Onboarding Execution

  • Coordinate walk-in interviews and scheduled interviews
  • Screen candidates as per JD and attitude fit
  • Ensure quick onboarding (same day / next day where possible)
  • Maintain offer letters, joining forms, and employee documentation
  • Track interns, trainees, and freelancers performance & attendance

4️⃣ Discipline, Compliance & Office Control

  • Ensure punctuality, attendance, and workplace discipline
  • Record late entries, absenteeism, and unapproved leaves
  • Communicate reminders, warnings, and corrective instructions
  • Ensure HR policies and internal SOPs are followed strictly

5️⃣ Coordination Between Management & Teams

  • Act as the central coordination point between Management and departments
  • Clearly communicate Management instructions to teams
  • Track execution status and deadlines
  • Support internal audits, review meetings, and performance discussions

6️⃣ Ownership & Proactiveness (Core Requirement)

  • Anticipate HR or people-related issues before escalation
  • Identify discipline gaps, manpower gaps, or reporting failures
  • Take initiative without waiting for instructions
  • Be accountable for HR operations output, not just tasks

Eligibility & Skills RequiredMinimum

  • 1+ year experience in HR Operations / Admin
  • Understanding of HR processes & documentation
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure and accountability
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
