Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Monthly Incentives

(Incentives paid immediately every month based on successful hires as per company standard)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete end-to-end recruitment process

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various hiring platforms

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with management for final rounds

• Handle onboarding and maintain accurate recruitment records

• Drive all future hiring needs to support rapid team growth

Requirements:

• Female candidate

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in HR/Recruitment

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills

• Proactive, organized, target-oriented, and able to work independently

Work Benefits & Details:

• Office timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

• Sundays fixed off

• Immediate joining preferred (join within 7-15 days)

• Laptop and all necessary infrastructure provided by company

• Reporting to Manager
