HR Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for field positions.
• Travel to various locations to conduct onsite interviews and job fairs.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future vacancies.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through prompt communication and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in a field recruiter role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
