Job Description
*HR Recruitment – Talyan Home Nursing
Talyan Home Nursing follows a structured recruitment process to ensure reliable and trained caregivers for patient care services. The process begins with identifying staffing needs and sourcing candidates through local networks, institutes, and referrals. Candidates are screened through basic interviews, followed by document verification and skill assessment.
Selected candidates undergo orientation on patient care, hygiene, and company rules. After this, they are deployed based on client requirements such as location, duty hours, and skill level. Continuous monitoring and feedback are maintained to ensure service quality and caregiver performance.
