The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and final selection. The role requires strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills to ensure timely hiring as per company requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:1. Candidate SourcingSource candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and references
• Generate leads through calling and online platforms
• 2. Calling & Follow-upsContact potential candidates via calls and messages
• Explain job roles, eligibility, and process clearly
• Maintain regular follow-ups until interview and joining
• 3. Screening & ShortlistingConduct telephonic screening interviews
• Evaluate candidate eligibility and interest level
• Shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements
• 4. Interview CoordinationSchedule interviews (Zoom / Office / Walk-in)
• Share interview details with candidates
• Coordinate between candidates and hiring team
• 5. Data Management & ReportingMaintain candidate records and database
• Update daily calling, follow-up, and selection reports
• Use Excel, CRM, or Google Sheets for tracking
• 6. Candidate Support & GuidanceGuide candidates regarding interview preparation
• Assist with basic documentation and onboarding process
