🎓 MBA in HR or Graduation Any Field.

💸 Salary:

▪️ Freshers: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month

▪️ Experienced: ₹15,000 to Depend On Experience.

◾ Key Responsibilities:

▪️ Sourcing and recruiting candidates for various roles

▪️ Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews

▪️ Coordinating with department heads for staffing needs

▪️ Maintaining candidate database and recruitment reports

▪️ Ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new hires

◾ Required Skills:

▪️ Good communication skills

▪️ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

▪️ Basic understanding of recruitment processes

▪️ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
